Congratulations to Phenix Optics on joining the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA) in March 2023!!!
The European Machine Vision Association (EMVA) is a non-for-profit and non-commercial association representing the Machine Vision industry in Europe, was founded in Barcelona in May 2003 by industry representatives from all over Europe. The association has been operating successfully for 20 years and now has about 149 members from 22 countries, including manufacturers, system and machine builders, integrators, distributors, consultancies, research organizations and academia.
EMVA is committed to promoting the development and use of machine vision technology from Europe to the world. EMAV holds business conferences in Europe every year. The conference unites hundreds of business leaders and technical experts within the machine vision industry from Europe and around the world to present and discuss business trends and challenges. In addition, EMVA also played an active role in the development of machine vision standards, and its two camera standards it presides over are widely accepted standards in the machine vision industry. In 2009, the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA), the American Automated Imaging Association (AIA) and the Japanese Industrial Imaging Association (JIIA) announced the joint establishment of the ‘G3 agreement’. Since then, the German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Association Machine Vision (VDMA MV) and the China Machine Vision Union (CMVU) have also joined in cooperation.
Joining EMVA is beneficial for better showcasing our machine vision products and R&D manufacturing capabilities on the international stage, gaining a deeper understanding of the trends and challenges in the machine vision industry, and meeting relevant experts and business partners from around the world. It is an important strategy for Phenix Optics to continuously improve self and gradually move towards internationalization!
